Just experienced appalling customer service st this news agency. Female staff was extremely rude for no reason at all. Won't be returning.

Bad customer service by the staff. Everything was a hassle, she was rude, she didn't acknowledge her customers. I didn't realise such rudeness still existed. I'll never return and I will tell everyone I know about her treatment of a respectful, paying customer
