Not your usual computer service, I basically wouldn't bother with the expense and hassle of a computer without MPCS. Using an alternative platform is not as scary as it sounds. MPCS set up my second-hand laptop and I have all the functionality I need, and I still have access to Windows if I need it, but you know, I really haven't! Problem-solving is prompt, and if they don't know the answer they won't stop until they do.
