I think this practice has around 10+ doctors & This review is based on my visits over 6+years.
The reception staff seem to be more competent, courteous & professional these days & That earns 1 star. The other star is collectively for the doctors.
I've encountered alot of poor English, listening & communication skills over the years.
Unfortunately the two doctors i ended up seeing all the time because they were decent, like most others i felt were terrible & incompetent, more recently seem to rush, not consider things properly & just give lip service to end things quickly around the 5 minute mark.
I'm somewhat disheartened with all bulk billing doctors now, in a big way because of my experiences at this medical centre.
