Haircut was terrible. I asked for a haircut and basically got a trim and a blowdry and hair straightening (which i did not want) and which burnt my scalp. Would have had a better cut putting a bowl on my head . When I called to speak to the manager she wasn't available and never called back. Don't waste your money here.
So very sorry that you have had a bad experience, it is highly unusual as we take our customer care very seriously . As we get numerous marketing phone calls each day, unless you mentioned the reason for your call, the manager may have assumed it was not a client . The manager contacted me and arranged to cut my hair..she did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable so the best outcome I could have hoped for in the end. Thanks
