Please do not board your cat here!!!!
We booked in August 2017 (8 months ahead of our overseas trip) and received a booking confirmation. They have cancelled our booking at short notice. Reason: They have revamped the single room my cat was booked into and it is now a "Gold Class" room for multiple cats which charges a higher fee. They offered us a hospital cage instead of a boarding cage for the 6 week stay. Ridiculous! I declined and asked them to honour the original confirmed booking. They refused.
Their attitude was dismissive and rude. I totally agree with Xena.AM comment below "This place is only about money with no care for pets and pet owners"
