Mansfield catered for my wedding at Tocal Homestead in Jan 2012. After the wedding so many of my guests approached me to tell me how impressed they were with the quality and taste of the buffet dinner and . Many of my friends and family told me that it was the best food they had eaten at a wedding. John MURPHY was a delight to deal with. Such a casual, easy going and obliging person, who could not do enough to cater for ourselves and our guests, above and beyond what we paid for. My mother was very apprehensive about a buffet, being a tough traditional food critic - even she was easily won over. We had a number of vegetarian guests who were also very happy to be so well catered for. In such a competitive field Mansfield exceeds most expectations.
