Total Rip Off. My advise to you would be to stay away from this dealership. I purchased a 2nd hand Astra from these guys along with the extended warranty to only find it didn't cover any of the faults that appeared on the car. Not only that, they charged me $150.00 to connect up the diagnostic machine to the car to advise me what the fault is. After finding the fault was with an O2 sensor, the total repair bill came to $570.00 to get one sensor replaced. I find it totally disgusting how these guys can get away with charging customers $150.00 to connect up the diagnostic machine to customers cars, so they can advise them what's wrong. You would think the diagnostic machine would be a tool the mechanic requires to do jobs so why charge $150.00 for a 5 minute reading of the error codes. Anyways my advise is to stay away unless you are happy to through away cash.
Extremely offended by the way I was falsely lead on and lied to.
When I made complaints to management I received absolutely no assistance, help or apology.
Will never be returning or recommending ANY Mantello dealerships to anybody I know.
