The position & the view was great. The room overall had an 'old' & dirty feel to it. Carpets had stains & were threadbare in places,the walls could do with a wash & the bathroom floor had tiles lifting,very dirty grout & aged floors. Website says has a concierge & porter, neither were spotted by us during our stay.
