Map Coffee

I would just like to say that the customer service here is amazing! Not only did the girl have a great phone manner, she told me who she was and the company name! I'd rung b/c a milk frother for the coffee machine wasn't working. I was told to e-mail them a copy of the receipt along with my name and address (it was still under warranty) and they would send me out a new one! The call was over within 2 minutes, and I was left feeling happy and surprised - how simple they made it!
