The whole of marco gianni is dodgy and unprofessional. i recently ordered boots online and returned them shortly after i realised they werent the right size. they have been sent back yet they have not given me a refund. and to top it off they wont even reply to any of my emails. dont ever purchase anything from here, both the qualityof the shoes and their customer service is extremely diheartening.
Terrible quality product and they wouldn't exchange it.
I bought a pair of quite expensive boots here, they fell to pieces within weeks. When I brought them back the staff took the boots and said they needed to speak to head office before they could exchange/ refund them. 4 weeks later they still have my boots, they still can't tell me if they can exchange them and refuse to provide contact details for head office. The contact details on the Marco Gianni website aren't for head office (even though they say they are), they're just contact details for store branches. I have read other poor reviews since shopping there, and am sorry to say I gave Marco Gianni the benifit of the doubt. I wish I'd listened to the other reviews.
