Mark Snowball Constructions

Mark recently completed an extension to our house at Emerald Lakes. It looks beautiful. What impressed us even more is that it was completed on time, to a high standard and at a fair price. He was on site every day when he said he would be. You can't ask more than that.

Mark built us a new deck. He was prompt, professional and reliable. He started and completed the job according the schedule and did an excellent job. The deck looks awesome! I would recommend him to anyone. He did a great job of puppy sitting our labrador Bedford and making sure he was safe. Thanks so much for all your help Mark!

Mark has just completed a large new deck and access door on the back of my house that I am just thrilled with. It was once a steep almost unusable area that has been converted into a great new outdoor space that we will definitely use, especially in the cooler months. I called Mark after reading the positive reviews on this site. It was only a small job putting in a new door & frame, but from my experience in renovating these jobs are often the hardest to get someone do.

Mark came round to look at the job the next day & the job was completed in a very short time frame which I was thrilled about. His work is of a very high standard & he went to a lot of trouble to match the frame exactly.
