0 stars for the worst day spa experience I have ever had not to mention the most expensive. Have never experienced such rudeness from people who are supposed to be in the customer service industry and are there to ensure clients have a great time. Was my hens day and we were running 15mins late after circling Sorrento 3 times trying to get a car park. Apologised once we got there to the group of staff standing there looking extremely annoyed. Then proceeded to get berated for being late by the owner for what felt like forever, I felt like walking out then and there but it had being organised by others especially for me so I stayed. Word of advice to people thinking of going there - DONT!! Go to endota spa were they are friendly, helpful and understanding if you are running late and have the common sense to have 15mins time gaps between appointments and not have them back to back, coz guess what people can and do run late, that's life!!!! I had a terrible experience at Marlo Spa and would not recommend it to anybody. It was the day before my wedding and I went with my mum and bridesmaids. My mum had a rapid tan treatment and came out blotchy and streaky despite exfoliating and moisturising in the exact way Marlo Spa had advised to in the lead up. I had a shellac pedi and mani and it came out really streaky. I have the same shellac polish applied at my cheap local nail place regularly and it never streaks there. The polish was also applied on an angle around my cuticles and when I asked them to re do it, they became rude and started complaining that they had a customer booked directly after me (our appointment had been booked 13 months prior). My bridesmaids had a French polish which began chipping off on all four bridesmaids that night. Also, all four bridesmaid\'s French polish looked completely different.
