Out of all the servicing companies I have dealt with, this is by far the WORST one of all time. This place will rinse you out with their crazy costs and also be completely rude and obnoxious. What an utter waste of time to have the technician come to my house and not know what he was doing but also be arrogant. They quote you ridiculous pricing over the phone and say this is advised by their "management". But they never let you speak to "management". My problem was never solved but I was asked to keep paying up. DON'T waste your time and money like I did mine.
Pathetic service, did not show up when they said they would, no communication as to why.
We had to ring them, they said they would ring back in 5 min. 4 days later we had to ring them.
Not interested that we lost a days pay of work waiting for them to show up on the day they said they would be here, not there problem.
Should not be in business, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

having waited all day for the service people to come to fix one gas burner - less that one hour after having left, no gas burners are working. no one would come out until the following day to look at it.
its 2pm and im being told their service guy is 'almost finished for the day so can't come back'

I have used this company 3 times in the last two years and can offer nothing but praise. The first and third times were straight forward. They came when they said they would. Located the issue, had the part on board. Fixed then went. The second time there was an issue. The part they replaced failed (manufacturer error NOT Marlow's). They collected our appliance in a truck, lent us a replacement whilst the repairs were done (again) in a workshop, replaced the part, tested and returned. No extra charges, no made up stories just the truth and a positive outcome for us. They would have lost money on this transaction but they sucked it up with a smile and were more intent on customer satisfaction. A rarity these days. I recommend them.
