Maroondah Doors

Ordered flyscreens, told they would be three weeks and they were six weeks. then when they were installed there was one missing and they never told me I had to discover it myself. I rang to tell them and they said they would come back the next day. A week and a half later I had to ring them again. after an argument with the rude person on reception they came the next day. I told the person that answers the phone that a friend was going to get doors through them and after my poor customer service experience that they were going to use someone else they said "That's fine". I also told them that I would never order through them again and once more they said "That's fine". Disgraceful customer service. Spend you money else where!!

Don't ever use them. They are highly unethical and destroyed our gate and the door they installed after we had paid the agreed amount. Was an issue between them & one of our contractors. We had to take the matter to the police.

Paid them for doors on the 17th Feb 2014 - its now 7.5.14 and I still don't have my doors. The reception staff is rude that doesn't stop talking - DONT USE THIS COMPANY

The installer was running 2 hours late on the instalment day, we did not receive any notification call. The job was well done though- friendly, professional, easy going. The doors are great. Pleasant,knowledgable, prompt response to enquiries.

After the measuring was done, we had to wait for another 2 days before receiving the quote after being told that quote is going to be sent right away. This might due to busy-ness of the season. The price given is competitive.
