This place did my daughter's Kinder photo and charges $8.50 for each photo without any orignal files. We paid $80 for a 12 photo package (No Image Files) and chose 12 photos with some double prints. We ended up with the wrong prints as they though it was eaiser to just print 12 individual photos instead of our order. Contacted their customer service via email and dealt with someone who were rude and basically blamed us because the order form was somehow mark with a black line by someone so they believed it was ok to assume our order selection was not vaild. Extremely unsatisfied and feel like we have been ripped off by a company that makes money from little kids and don't really care about the customers.
