The service staff has extremely bad attitude and keep making mistakes. She opened a postal box for me and I made the payment right away. I found there was sticker "RTS- return to sender" on my postal box for two more weeks. I talked with the other service staff and she took it off for me. During these weeks, I received nothing because all my mail has been returned to the sender.
