An extraordinarily vast array of fabulous costumes with incredibly well educated and helpful staff that take care of your every need from basic costume to; hair, accessories and even shoes all at a fantastic price. I wouldn't bother going anywhere else for my costumes now as everything I could possibly need is here!
Looove this place! As soon as we walked in, there was something about this place that just "pulls you in". After looking for the perfect 2 costumes at few other shops, we were so releived to finally find something we both liked.
Sooo, customer service was great, lady working there was really helpfull and very knowlegable, too, she helped us with all the accessories and gave her honest opinion on how we looked :)
Prices of hiring are very resonable and I had to buy few accessories and those prices were very good, too, about $10 for long gloves and $4 for a cigarette holder.
Both our costumes were packed neatly together for a pick up (very flexible about pick up days), they were clean, ironed and folded nicely together.
Overall, thank you for making our fancy costume party more enjoyable :)

I have been using Masquerade as my preferred place of costume hire for well over a decade. As a professional performer, I have had many strange requests, and they have been able to fulfil my order every single time. So, obviously whenever I have a regular costume party I use them as well. Mainly for their range and quality of the costumes, but also for their friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Shop is always bright, clean and tidy, and every single experience has been delightful. I reckon it's the best costume shop I've ever been to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
