Unreliable service, insufficient information about what sort of quality work would be provided, substandard and incorrect mounts containing marks and scratches and the company damaged my original artworks. Despite repeated returns of the items to be fixed 3 times, they were never completed as per the original order. Use this company at your peril. They don't listen to what the customer wants, don't sufficiently advise the customer as to what they will be getting and then have the nerve to blame the customer for the substandard service and product.
If I could give them no stars I would.
