two weeks ago my sister had booked in for a colour at Maurice Meade in Whitfords because she had a Christmas event to go on Friday, The girl that did her foils didn't get the colour right, my sister's hair turned out very dark, uneven and frizzy, she asked to get it fixed and was told to come back the next day, which she did and then was told that they could not fit her in. The lady she spoke to on the phone said that they would re do her hair....Instead when she went in to the salon they stripped back the colour and damaged her hair. The rudeness from the staff member was horrific, her last words to my sister were. "NOW THANK ME FOR WHAT I DID". She was left disheartened, embarrassed,horrified. She rang to try and talk to somebody with authority/management and no success. Went in on Monday and it was Completely over priced. Felt like a rush with the ladies. In out in out. On departure was called the wrong name. The girl who washed my hair was so rushed and rough it felt like she was crushing my brain. The lady who cut my hair cut me. I had another lady lean over to me and state If they spent half the time talking to me instead of trying to get me to purchased other goods id be happy.

OMG!!!!!! Alice at Maurice Meade at Whitfords has made me sooo beautiful and finally happy with my hair. Absolute success with balayage after spending around $800 at other Maurice Meade. This lovely friendly girl in a second knew what I needed and transformed my damaged and ugly tresses into beautiful strands of balayage hair. So cheap and lovely atmosphere at Whitfords Maurice Meade. Even the receptionist girl and Manager were perfect. Without knowing they signed me up online so I received $30 off my bill that day. Also every time I need products for my hair I will get 10%off which is great. I have fabulous balayage,so natural root base colour,perfect light ends. I cannot be more happier. Trust me I have spent sooo much money until I found this place. And the saloon itself is a big Wow.

Love it. Love Alice and will be back again and again!!!!!!!

i have been going here for a few years. My favorite stylist is Tara, however all the girls are professional and going by my experience with other salons, I highly recommend Maurice Meade Whitfords.
