I went here to get my hair dyed and the stylist did a great job and was very professsional. However the hairdresser didn't give me much confidence when I described what I was after she didn't seem to understand even though I was after a very basic long bob haircut with subtle layers.
The place has changed over the years and could do with some improvement.

End result was great however I was overcharged compared to the price I was given over the phone by about $30!

This place is highly recommended with friendly staff that makes you feel welcome as soon as you step foot in the place. The staff are very helpful with the hairstyle and colours that you would like to achieve! Had a great experience with them and woulf definately come back and highly recommend this place!!

Terrible.. Staff were unprofessional and rude. Salon was unable to honor my appointment due to power issues. They told me to come back once the power was on again and 20 minutes later when I returned they said "we cannot see you, we have other appointments now and there's nothing we can do" no apologies, no nothing. Customer service was appalling. Will never be returning.
