Absolutely disgusting company. Just paid $1800 plus $500 pAid for by the RAA to have our van shipped from Katherine to Adelaide. Over $1000 damages done to it and they just gave us $300 and told us to claim from our insurance because they refused to claim from theirs!! Who then pays our increased premiums? Obviously they have used their insurance for a lot of claims. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
Dont bother going through this company for any important freight. ie like fridges, cupboards.
You will receive your items damaged, they do not care at all and they do not have freight insurance as ive asked.
Use them at your items peril!

Sorry to hear that your freight was damaged. As I have not received any calls or emails regarding damaged freight, I will take a look at our run manifests over the past week to hopefully identify your consignment. I will have one of my staff members contact you as soon as possible to find out what has happened to your freight and hopefully resolve the problem. As a transportation company, we certainly do have insurance, as (unfortunately) accidents can happen from time to time. If one of my staff has told you that we do not, I do apologise.
