Have used Mick now for a few jobs including installing extra power points, new lights and a ceiling fan. I am always embarrassed that what I think are simple jobs turn out to be rather complicated and take much longer due to the age of our house. Mick just knuckles down and gets on with the job and I have always found his charges to be very reasonable for the amount of work that he seems to have to do. He is a really nice honest bloke and a credit to his trade. If he promises to ring you, he does. He gives you a date for the job and turns up on that day. We are getting on in years and Mick is, without a doubt, the best electrician we have ever used.
Job ended up being a lot more complicated that first thought due to the wiring in our house. What should have been a half hour job ended up being a 2 hour job with no extra costs involved. I felt terrible personally as it cost him more than he was making. Such a nice guy, affordable and professional. Definitely recommend and will use again.
