McDonald's

Easily the worst McDonalds in Newcastle! While none of my experiences at this 'restaurant' have been particularly enjoyable, the summit of my dissatisfaction was achieved after a 20 minute wait for the worst breakfast wrap I've tried in my life. Furthermore I was denied a free iced water and told I would have to buy a bottle, after buying a bottle of water it was HOT! To my amazement I was informed by the supervisor that the water had just arrived and wasn't even refrigerated. If you are looking for a convenient and tasty lunch or snack then look elsewhere.

just called to pre order 20 cheeseburgers and they couldnt even answer the phone, what sort of customer service is this????

This would have to be the worst McDonald's in Australia. Uncooked burger meat. Items missing from the order most times etc etc. Ineffectual complaint resolution.. McMuppets in training.. Incompetent store management. Go to Warners Bay or any othet Macca's in the region. -10/10. Wondering how they continue to be able to pass the company KPI's.

Out of the past 3 times I have been to Charlestown McDonalds I have not received the correct order, one time getting another persons meal. The drive-thru is very slow, however the wait on the counter is even slower. Nobody is ever happy or nice to the customers. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody.

The service at Charlestown McDonalds is terrible! It's always very unclean & don't bother complaining as they couldn't care less!
