The one maccas that every time you go here, forget something in your bag! Very annoying - especially when your going through drivethrough and then have to hop out and go into the store. Defeats the purpose.

I don't think a 14 minute wait for a mcflurrey is acceptable. When I politely asked about it the staff laughed and didn't offer a refund or any apology. Absolutely appalling service from the girls at the front once again. It also is poor how all of the staff were standing around talking. Horrible place

I am going by today's experience of which I am EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED.!!!!!
We decided to go in because the drive thru was packed.
We only wanted coffees so we went to the cafe counter. Waited 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. People would walk through the front doors and get served immediately at the other counter. So my husband went to that counter and asked why we weren't being served. "We aren't serving at that counter". So we ordered and then waited almost 20minutes before going to see what was happening. "We don't have that order". GAH!!!!!!
Another girl took over and decided to serve her friend before dealing with us.
SERIOUSLY? ??!!!!
FINALLY we gor our order with no apology.
Not good people. Not good at all.

I have to give credit where it is due. I have previously reviewed this McDonalds and given the store less favourable scores. But I recently returned and must praise the staff for their great customer service skills and going that extra mile. First impressions of the newly renovated store were good; very clean and tidy. A young gentleman named Duncan served me. He greeted me with a smile and completed my transaction very efficiently. The female manager (unfortunately she wasn't wearing a name badge) was also very friendly and polite. Having placed a large order, Duncan politely helped me carry my purchases out to my car. This gesture was not expected, but very much appreciated. Well done McDonalds!!!
