Gday Maccas Bateau Bay
Normally we get good food from you but today it was a big miss
The large fries had no fries in them and the double cheese burger was nothing like the picture!
You guys and girls need to lift the game a little!
One plus is the young lady at the window where you pay was polite and nice to deal with, well done to her

Never had such an awful meal.

1. Terrible service. To worried about saying "is that all"

2. Chips so cold they were hard. Too many people at the counter to even bother fing back

3. Nuggets not cooked properly and were a soggy mess

4. Went back to get dessert- icecream had no flavour it was all ice. Neither child would eat it. Ordered a caramel sundae and paid for extra topping on the bottom. Apparently that meant I didn't want any on top. When I queried the girl she said "what's that there's" pointing to a little dribble on top barely worth mentioning. I explained what I orderedd and she said in a rude tone " well I didn't make it, what do you want me to do" I asked for what I paid for. She then turned to make another one and the girl who served me said "what's her problem" there voices them turned to whisper but it was obvious they were talking about me. Have emaed company to tell them

Worst customer service ever at bateau bay maccas, cant even get the orders right, I ordered a medium big mac meal through the drive thru, get home and I didnt even get a big mac, I got a $3 double beef and bacon cheeseburger, then tried calling them and no one even answered the phone. Worst macdonalds!!

neat and tidy, always clean, and great staff. Last time we were there the manager was getting onto all the staff and making sure jobs were being done quickly and correctly, she also helped out on the counter - I was very impressed. Love their thickshakes on a hot day!

constantly forgetting orders!!! how hard is it to put the order which is paid for in a bag!
