I don't know if you have to do any form of literacy or numeracy test to be hired or even know how to function but its been 3 times now where your staff cannot count to 24!

It's not hard.

They don't read.
Who orders nuggets and doesn't get sauce!

It's false advertising to "get 24 nuggets for 9.95" and you only get a number from 18-22. Doesn't seem like a big issue but its annoying. I paid for 24 id like to get what i paid for.

This store is full of the most useless people I have ever met. I don't know how it is still functioning.

My Husband ans I went to a seminar at the Burpengary library and decided to have lunch at the Burpengary Mc Donalds this was on the the 7th sept at 1pm . As we approached we noticed the outside tables and eating area was filthy , when inside all tables had left over food and papers and chips on the floors all bar 2 were clean .
When we placed our order the lad sais is this to eat inside or out , I then told him we couldnt eat any where here as it is filthy , he said yes he has not had time to clean up . we took our meal and left .even the outside bin door does not close the lock doesnt catch .

Great for the late night munchies on the weekend. Open till late and handy to get to just off the highway. No drive through though but thats OK. Mc donalds feeds my family at least once a week, and i am a fan of the hot caramel sundaes mmmmmm. YUMMY. Think I might head down there now and grab one!

With a pub just across the road, this McDonalds tends to be a bit rowdy during the later hours of the evening. That said, service is adequate.
