Get humiliated by teenagers behind counter.
They kept me waiting 30 minutes for a pie which I was going to have with my meal. Then after 30 finishing my meal and sitting. They laughed amongst themselves and said we thought caramel bite, I asked to them and they said we don't sell them. Manager arrogantly put the money for the pie on counter and said this is refund for your pie.

It is a shame there is no minus star rating … Within 4 months of going to Macdonads ELANORA QLD 4221 I am appalled to find yet another strand of hair in my food. The first time was in my breakie wrap and now in the fully loaded chips. I was asked was it in the burger? I don't understand what difference does it make whether it is in the burger chips or fried. The fact that there was hair in my order is what matters. Ever since the original owners sold the franchise ELANORA Madonalds has gone downhill. Won't be going there again. Not a happy resident of ELANORA

Disgusting food my fillet of fish

First time going to mcdonalds, and never again. The coffe was like water so i took it back twice more and kept getting watery coffee. They also mucked up the breaky order, had a nice bit of egg shell in the breaky wrap as well. Waste of time and money.

This store would have to be the black sheep in the local McDonald's. 99% of the time in drive thru you are asked to park and wait (even a shake) they are always getting orders wrong and you have to go back to get correct order but the one that stands out Thursday/Friday (14th March)morning in drive thru i wanted to order a sundae and was told by the staff that "sorry no ice cream from 12.45 until 5.00am every night now i find out that it was untrue when i asked the other staff next day and staff laughed and said ice cream all night.
