On the weekend I always stop by for a bacon and egg mcmuffin and a Mccafe style latte . I go through the drive thru and receive a nice greeting and they provide friendly service. The coffee is really good, if it wasn't then I wouldn't bother going back. Occasionally if they are really busy, I am asked to wait in the bay. I don't mind as I know they are preparing my coffee and the young crew bring out my order with a smile. I'm certainly lovin' it ;)

Absolute disgrace of a place. They manage to stuff up more orders than they get right. Last time i checked you don't need a degree to put bacon on a burger. Avoid this place.

Quite possibly the worst maccas ive ever been to. This would have been my 600th visit and I wouldnt get a 50% ratio of my order being right. Today just took the piss. 3 out of the 6 burgers I ordered were wrong and two were missing the pattys full stop. Its great having a double cheese burger without any pattys and a double quarter pounder with only one patty.

I went through the drive through yesterday and was not given sauce for my child's nuggets (which I asked for) so I parked in the waiting bay and quickly ran back to the drive-through window to ask if I could have some sachets and was yelled at to get out of the drive-through and come around into the store. Very bad customer service of that staff yesterday at lunch time, perhaps some more customer service training is in order.

All staff had to say was sorry and that staff will bring some out to me.

Have been going to this maccas for a couple of months almost daily and my order is always correct and good. I have tricky orders and they never get it wrong. Staff are friendly and fast.
