McDonald's

The owners are disrespecful and they treat there stuff like rubbish and none of the stuff are trained propaly as they like to cut corners and in my option this store give the macdonalds franchise a very bad name.

Will not come here for coffee ever again!
Paid for large capuccino and got it half full at 12.15am 24/9/15. The liquid went half way up cup-no time to go back. Got another at 12.25am 25/9/15 (same night crew were on)I told them how disappointed I was about previous day-no apologies. Asked them to make it large properly and again it was just over half full from the McCafe each time. I stopped in carpark and took it in. They topped it up with milk and again no apologies nor explanations! If I wanted a small coffee I would have asked for one.
Not impressed at all.
In August at 3.45pm on a Wednesday I waited in the drive through for 35mins for large capuccino banana bread and a toasted sandwich. The girl walked out and gave my order to the car waiting behind me. I had to ring them from my car to let them know. They apologised and gave it to me for free and explained that the girl was new. I was the front car in the side queue-how can you get it that wrong!!!

Worst Restaurant I have ever been too.

First they stuffed up the order on the Saturday night, 9/9/2015 as they do every week.

We rang them up, they had the manager call us back and accuse us of lying and then we were asked to attend the store on the Monday only to be told they still didn't believe us, called our credibility into question and offered to refund us $4.00 for the Bits they missed off our burger and then to top it all off,...arranged ...read more

I have started coming here on a regular basis as its convenient. One thing that always strikes me about this restaurant is the constant loud banging from the staff working in the mccafe. The staff is always polite to the customers but is obviously very busy and not well supported by other staff and management. Every time I come in this arrogant staff is behind the counter giving attitude to the staff and walking around like owns the place .... kind of puts me off going there..food is always good ..could be quieter

Went to go get a whopper and some chocky but they didn't have any apple pies.
