The slowest drive through in the city - order online ? Sill be prepared to wait 10mins in the morning - you tell them you are there for a pick up - give your order number - drive through to pick up, where they still ask you for cash or your card - you tell them again you have paid then wait , watching the girl who has just told you that she will check on that, chatting and laughing with other staff. you will then be told they are making that fir you and can you please wait around the front. I’m here three mornings a week - for my son only - otherwise I would be visiting elsewhere. This is not just a one off event. You can be charged differently fir the same order day by day.

Rude staff in mornings. Just threw the order in the bag without even wrapping it.
Was asked to wait and after 8 minutes of waiting I went in to ask why it was taking so long to fix the order. Turns out they had not even started making it.
No apology or anything
Now running late for a job.

What can you say, it's McDonalds and I've been going with the troop since it opened. This particular franchise seems to be well run with the place being clean every time I go. The staff have been variable over the years.



I remember one particular experience where I was told my drive through order would be two minutes. Ten or more minutes later I asked to speak with the Manager and was asked, "Do you want a freebie or something?



That was more than ten years ago so he's probably moved on. The staff at the moment seem quite good/
