I am really enjoying the table service offered at this McDonald's and the new play equipment looks amazing. Keep up the good service!!

Kingston McDonalds is a fine example of what a fast food restaurant should be, clean, friendly and most importantly fast. We eat there regularly and have yet to be disapointed! the kids love the playland and the ambience of the place is quite nice, add in free wifi and this is a wonderful place to take the family

After visiting at 9.30am Thursday morning, I will NOT go back until there is a major deep cleanse of this location. For example: Cobwebs in the childrens party area along with it being dirty, Windows had dirty finger smears all over them (through out the restuarant) Walls dirty, Front entry I wouldne even touch the door handle and the door was disgusting, Tables were not wiped down, behind the counter was a haven for bacteria and vermin. This list could go on but I will choose to vote with my wallet and will not return until this place has had a visit from the local council or a hygienic deep clean throughout. We are eating here but just WHAT ARE we eating is my question. This site is open 24 hours or so the signs say, my suggestion is to utilise the quiet time to clean.

We would like a cleaner and tider restaurant where the tables are wiped when they are dirty!

Where the bins are emptied when they are full! The tables are ALWAYS sticky and dirty!! The toilets are DISCUSTING!!

A little more cleanliness would be great!!!

The slide is sometimes even discusting as cleanliness is NOT maintained to the level is should be! It could be a lovely place to meet others but we often need to be concerned for the welfare of our children!!
