Appalling Customer Service & Management.
We Ordered in Drive Through & checked our Ordrr in the Waiting Bay.
We were missing 1 of our Meals.
I approached the Manager in Store & she bluntly told me we did receive our Entire Order.
I asked her to come to our Car & see for herself.
Very abrupt she just replied "I packed it myself, you received 2 x Bags".
I told her we only received 1 x Bag.
I advised her to check her Camera's.
She replied "I WILL"
When she returned about another 10mins; she informed me "You only received 1 x Bag, my Staff Member didn't give you the 2nd bag".
I told her "I don't appreciate being made out to be a lier".
She was rude & her Management in front of her Staff Aplallimg.

Appalling customer service, they always get your order wrong when going through drive thru and they are rude about it when you bring it up, manager wouldn't accept my 2 dollars to upgrade my order which were the original intentions for my meal and having asked for it prior so rudely, I think the management need some lessons on basic customer service

This is our kids favourite maccas - its so close to home, and a real lifesaver when driving home with a tarago full of little crazies! Drive through has eftpos facilities which means we dont have to leave the car. Food is just as maccas should be, so thumbs up!
