Went to Maccas 9:30pm on Friday drive through. Ordered 2 bacon&egg muffins - no cheese, a regular sausage mc muffin and a mc flurry. Went to double check they got the order right at the second window which they didn't. They gave us the mc flurry and told us to wait while they bring out the correct order.
We waited about 20 minutes saw 25+ cars going past and staff bringing out food to other customers who were way after us. When we received our order all the muffins were almost burnt and the normal sausage muffin had no cheese which was wrong again. The mc flurry was already melted by then. It was really pathetic and a waste of our time and money. I'd give them no stars if possible.
Absolutely disgusting. I am outraged by the managers ability to continue running this establishment. I ordered in the drive through waited 15 minutes in the drive through whilst other cars were almost scratching the sides of my car, then I was asked to wait very rudely in one of the car parks provided which by the way we're all full. I waited 30 minutes get my order and after driving away angry i came to realise that my order was a mc chicken and small chips. I ordered two large chips and a cheeseburger. I threw it out the window. Please no one waste your money and time coming here to help profit this McDonald's. A bunch of 14 yr olds who don't know what they are doing. Unclean and very dirty!!!
Worst service I have ever experienced. 15 minutes waiting in the line in store on a Sunday for lunch, then waited 15 minutes at the counter for my order. One of our burgers then had a chicken pattie in it instead of a meat pattie and our chips were cold. Not going back there again. I used to work at McDonalds - this was unacceptable. A 30 minute wait for McDonalds! What a joke.
