McDonald's

It's Easter Saturday and my boyfriend and I went there at about 8:30. Their service was EXTREMELY slow and they were mucking up orders. My boyfriend ordered a chicken bacon deluxe. And when we got home, he had no bacon in his burger. I stood at McCafe for ages waiting to be served. The employees kept looking at me, but they kept ignoring the fact that I was standing there. Eventually they told me I had to order at the registers which took even more time for someone to attend to me. When I finally was served, it took them ages to actually make my soy hot chocolate because the barista stopped to socialise with his friends first. McCafe was also dirty. What should have been a 15 minute trip down the road took 45 minutes. Just because it's Easter Saturday, they're being paid public holiday rates and they don't want to be there, it gives no reason to slack off. Terrible service. I waited hours for a hot chocolate. It wasn't good. I didn't even need to try it to know that. Terrible. Would not recommend or bang. 1/1000 thumbs up. 1000 thumbs down.

I went there this afternoon to purchase 2 apple pies and the management was very rude and abusive to me and their customers so avoid this place at all costs.

No matter how often i ask for no pickles, I always do get them.

Ps; Clean up around the place will you?

I have just returned from McDonalds Rowville, Granted it is school holidays but it was disgusting, paper etc everywhere, even tables had not been cleaned. Not nearly good enough considering it is a very busy place. Cleaning in progress signs being put up and then nothing been done does not cut it at all.
