Was given the wrong item in drive-through, sweet n sour sauce instead of maple syru and butter. Had to drive all the way back in the pouring rain. Manager was completely indifferent and offered no apology. They should have replaced order and offered refund. But no. One or the other. So I had to waste my time driving back and effectively I was out of pocket as had to use my petrol. Terrible service.

Have to agree with the other reviews, orders are often incorrect and have important parts missing. The wraps are frequently a train wreck. Not wrapped, just stuffed in the box on top of the flat bread. Returned one quietly and politely to the shift manager, I thought he'd be horrified, no, not surprised, not interested, just handed me another. Silly of me to buy another wrap a few months later...Same "don't wrap, shove some stuff in" style. Decided to post pics and to review. Hopefully a manager who cares might see it and work on staff training and quality control. Staff are nice and friendly, just not getting it right.

I would give no stars if that option was available! Chips are disgusting and broken burnt little pieces! They're too busy talking to their friends that they always get something wrong. They're slow here! Don't waste your time! Don't bother calling them, they never pick up the phone! Floor is disgustingdisgustingly dirty as well as the tables.

Staff here are always lovely, even in the busy periods. They rarely get orders wrong.

They give you cold chips and give you burgers without pattys!!
