ST ALBAND MCDONALDS IS HONESTLY the worst.
ive been 3 times in the last month and every time somthing has gone wrong, tonight i got a mega mac for my fiance and it was missing a pattie and when i was cleaning the rubbish from us eating i found the extra pattie in the bottom of the bag.
the manager of this franchise really needs to seriously think about retraining his staff because they are not doing their job properly, when i called to make a complaint i was put on hold and hung up on, when i called back i was andwered with girls laughing and talking for about 10 seconds then they tended to my call then they passed the phone to 3 different people and i wasnt sure who i was talking to. their service is just horrible and i will not be goin back, i just moved to st albans and its not coming off to a good start.

Just went thru drive thru mcds st albans and had a rude chick taking our order and somehow she did not turn of her earpiece and caught her giving me attitude. Their customer service suck always rude & always always get orders wrong. Asked to speak to manager they never came out communication sucks! St albans mcds suck!

I m extremely dissapointed with the staff there. They are rude and does not listen carefully. You order something they would bring you something else. Not going there ever again.

Worse McDonald's ever. Always get my order wrong. I've just got home from a drive through and I'm missing a big Mac and a toy for my daughter's happy meal. This is not the first time it happened. Will never come there again. I've had enough.

Seriously, we get parked for everything!
This time round we got parked for 2 ice creams and 2 drinks, when questioned why we were Parked when it was not needed (obviously) we were told it's because they have a timer and it's not good if they go over.


They screw up every single time we go there no more!

No more support from us!
