McDonald's

Once again the wonthaggi McDonalds is going backwards, I ordered a frappe Friday night and the machine broke, went back a week later and still it's broke, absolutely pathetic. The new owners have no idea how to run this business and the wait for food has gone backwards since they took over. This business out of them all locally would bring in the most money but wonthaggi would be losing business because of this, all summer nearly the icecream machine was broke, wake up to yourselves and start running it properly or sell it and let someone get it up to scratch. Every time we've been, which is about once a month, the service has been fast and friendly and the food has been perfect. We've found some take-away joints closer to the city to be very slow or dirty tables but we've never had a problem here. We like the view of Wonthaggi too.

I have been there four times hoping each time would improve, ha!

Three out of my four orders where below par. I ordered a quarter pounder, no onions and the meat was horrible. Then I got a chicken and cheese burger, no cheese. I went back to try if the breakfast was any better, the coffee ok and the burger ok. After working really late dropped in for a coffee and stupid me got a chicken and cheese burger. Went back in and told them that I only got half and piece of cheese and they said "that what you do in this area" I have been to other stores in this area and they always give a piece of cheese. Cant this store afford to give a whole piece of cheese on their chicken and CHEESE burgers? NOT happy and will not be going back.

Staff did their job averagely, but the food was good quality for McDonalds.

you wait so long for your meal and they STILL get it wrong
i must admit i went back a few times after their faliure and after me repeating the order numerous times and them reading it back they again got it wrong so i give p and wont ever go back, this is a warning to all futchure shoppers!
