Ordered my windows through MCG Windows and couldn't believe the poor quality of them once delivered. Timber surrounds placed around aluminium frames were shocking with rusted and bent staples. Many were out of alignment by up to 10mm. Surely an apprentice with no clue!

The black aluminium windows had scratches all over them and gaps where the joins meet. Cheapest garbage quality I've ever seen!!!

Where's your quality control checking? Where's your pride in what you manufacture? Mass produced windows doesn't have to mean 'garbage'!

I'd love to chat with the 5 star rating people on here because I'm sure they are either employees or relatives of staff trying to project great ratings!

Not only are these guys a pleasure to deal with but also do a professional and great qaulity job. Highly reccommend.

MCG installed our windows and sliding doors, very poor craftsmenship as the windows don't close properly. I was also told by the guy who installed our fly screen door that they used commercial sliding doors and not retail. When i rung MCG to complain they blamed their supplier Bradnams and said it was there fault and to contact them. When I contacted Bradnams they pretended to care to find out who I was then ignored me since like MCG did. I am contacting another window company to get my windows fixed as I have given up trying to get MCG or Bradnams to fix my windows. Also the window winders are poor and cheap which make it difficult to wind the windows. The screws are also
