My BMW X3 constantly drops into park when you stop and the automatic engine switch off is activated.
The only solution at this stage is to de-activate the automatic switch off each time you drive!! Dangerous and annoying. Any solutions? Mechanics don't seem to be able to find the problem
I have had the misfortune, while trying to avoid this place as much as possible, of having it's services requested by the person fixing my BMW M5. They replaced it, crooked, so that it ended up with vertical crease and then the first time it rained, it leaked buckets onto the carpeted parcel shelf at the edge of the window where the crease was. Later I needed to have the differential mount aligned and they couldn't get the right tool to do it and I had to wait over a week for them to bodge something non-BMW together to make it work. Then I had a 1997 740il that's GPS system had failed. I bought another one and had it installed but they told me that for it to function it would be nearly two thousand ...read more
