My courtyard was transformed from an unsightly mass of weeds and grass to a very nice outdoor area. However, flood lights kept blowing, the perspex sheets came loose or fell off completely from a feature wall, and the concrete paint has peeled off around the edges. All this happened within one year of construction. The area now looks awful again. Despite emails I sent to ask the landscaper to fix it, all he did was ignore me once he got his money. I wouldn't do business with this company again.

We thank you for your honest feed back regarding your landscaping.
In regards to the flood lights installed, as per previous conversations with you during quotation and installation of these lights a year ago, these lights were purchased through Bunnings due to the project budget and they were on the cheaper side. We did replace them for you and reinstalled them due to a fault in the light as it was not an issue with the installation but with the light itself. We are not responsible for the light.
We would recommend that you install a more high quality light and we would suggest using a company we have used before called GAN lighting. We did provide you with a quotation for using GAN lighting at the time of installation. Expect to pay around $200-$400 per light. If you would like us to rectify this situation please do not hesitate to contact us and we can provide you with an updated quotation for upgrading the lighting.
Regarding the Perspex sheets, This will be a 5 minute fix up job and we would be more than happy to rectify this situation. We are unsure as to why it might have become loose, but perhaps through weather and harsh wind this might have been damaged.
Without knowing the exact conditions the concrete paint has been exposed to we can not give a definitive reason as to why this would have failed, but it can be easily touched up.
