I had previously given a bad review on Burwood Medicare. But today I had Rebecca from Medicare phone me and sort my claims out within a afternoon. Thank you Rebecca for being so helpful. Medicare Senior Managers you need more staff like Rebecca an instant pay rise incentive for staff does work you know. Anyway Thanks again Rebecca.

I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of service from Burwood Medicare. I haneded my form and receipts to them nearly 3 weeks ago to claim and nothing done. I HAVE PHONED THEM NOTHING DONE. do something!!!!!!
