Medicine Plus Pharmacy

I have used this pharmacy and no other for 15 years. Unsure if the staff are only new or if the owner has changed. Tried to order insulin lines and staff had no idea what to order when myself and daughter have bought them there since 2007. Collecting insulin a couple of weeks ago it took 20 min for it to be recognised by staff in the fridge.
Today further issues when 2 seperate clients are told to share medication and then come back for more.
No thank you! I am very particular about medication let alone sharing it.
Since Alex and the usual staff who were there for years left things have changed drastically.
Time to move the entire family to another pharmacy as I do not see anything changing and only getting worse in mudgeeraba.

Been coming here for over a year now and there is always such a long wait on scripts!!!! Clearly never enough staff on and they seem like they can never get their staff to stay for more than a couple months. seems evident that this place isn't run properly. Won't be coming here any longer.

Have had a couple of prescriptions filled here and had very long wait times.
Staff were friendly but they're a bit too busy for anyone wanting to just duck in and out.

Two staff holding a conversation were joined by a third staff member at rear counter. All staff looked in my direction and could see me waiting at front counter. When I caught their eye, they all turned away and went in opposite directions. I waited and waited. Another staff came out of a door near the front register, saw me waiting, and stopped walking past. They then glanced at the other staff. I told them that they had just ignored me and they said they were on lunch and again went to leave. I had raised my voice so it could be heard at the rear and told them that someone must be able to serve me and that the others had turned away and ignored me. Just then a staff member walked down the back of the store so the other staff member who had stopped decided it would be best to serve me. Wow so disappointed after being a customer for 3 years, I was incorrectly advised on the purchase of a thermometer. Upon returning the item I was told that I had not been forced to buy it. When I mentioned the fact that I was incorrectly advised by their staff, I was told to deal with the manufacturer. Really unacceptable. The staff were polite but it seems I wasted $70 based on their advice, will not be taking that risk again.
