Absolute worst experience. I purchased a Rib roll that was sliced up by them. Within 2 days it had completely gone off. $70 of meat thrown in the bin. The chicken that was stored with this meat was fine.
The prawns at christmas were ok but frozen in a box not fresh. I have emailed mega meats Booval regarding the off meat and never received any form of response whatsoever. Took my problem to the store and they did not care at all. I have now taken my business elsewhere.
Yes the prawns where frozen, they where advertised as frozen, you would have taken them out of the freezer your self as I and many more people did, if you didnt know they where frozen all I can say is why, and how come you didnt know.
Awesome meat, awesome value! Buy a pork roast and they debone it n make it into a rolled pork roast for you free of charge! If you are ever dissatisfied they will endeavour to rectify either by replacing the product or refund ur money.
