Terrible business to deal with. Alex is the owner, lies, disorganised, terrible quality. Best advise I can give someone, take your money elsewhere!

After contacting for a quote in November 2018, Alex accepted the job. Stating we pay half now and half on completion. He took the money from our account and never turned up to do the job. After many emails and calls and texts he promised to give the money back. Then I get a message saying he had to give up fencing because of injury and the money would be in by Friday. It never came. Then after more text he said they had a personal tragedy ( if it’s true I’m very sorry for your loss) a woman said the money will be in by Friday. It never came. They have changed numbers and are still accepting jobs while we are out of pocket $1300 and still have no fence after 6 months.VCAT are now involved. I want to believe these people but everything is just pointing to us being ripped off. There is just no communication. If you can’t do the job just give the money back so I can get my fence done. And we can both move on.

We had a side gate done through MFC and the work is of terrible quality. There are nails sticking out that were not driven home and also nails that missed their mark and the pointy end is sticking out on the other side. In two places the palings don't overlap so we have a gap. The gate is very crooked and jams at the top against the post while at the bottom is an inch away. The bluff was put on an angle rather than at right angle to the wall and looks odd. This all adds up to a shoddy look. I couldn't recommend this company based on our experience.

I wouldn't recommend. They were pleasant to deal with but the actual service and product was poor.
They took our deposit (over 2k) and booked us in for after Christmas. I assumed everything was fine until it came time to confirm they were coming. Turns out I hadn't officially signed the quote so they hadn't officially booked us in. I understand that is partly on me but it bothered me that they never followed up a thing once they received our money (and didn't mention it to me after payment either). We had to re-book.
Not long after completion the fence started to bow. I phoned and emailed over months and was assured they would come and fix it but it never happened, despite repeated attempts. We used a different company for one of our fences (at our neighbours request) and dealing with them was seamless and their fence still looks straight and new.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!
Please dont make the same mistake i made along with many other people.
I would not trust this company as far as you could throw them.
empty promises, calls going un answered.
we were promised our fence would be completed on 15/12/2018, it is now march and job is still not complete.
alex will not answer calls.
Now starting a VCAT claim.
very poor workmanship.
