I had kind of a complicated delivery issue and they really worked with me to get the flowers where they needed to go. The ladies in the shop were very good with me on the phone - turns out my mum wouldn't be in her office on her birthday! The shop called me to say that they called her office and she wouldn't be in and asked for her home address. If they hadn't taken the time to check, the flowers would have been sitting there all weekend! Thanks again for taking the time!

I was sending flowers for my wifes birthday and I wanted the sender info to be a secret - the person over the phone said shed take special care to make sure that when my wife called (because I knew she would) that they wouldnt disclose who sent them. They kept the mystery going for me - I cant thank them enough!

I was ordering interstate from WA, so I was a little nervous just sending my order through a website - so nervous that I forgot to write a message for the card. OOOPS!
