Just phoned up to contact the principal solicitor. He was unavailable, but the receptionist politely took my details, and the solicitor rang me back and we had a very good conversation.
I don't know how another reviewer can complain about the solicitor not talking to her about her friend's matter. Lawyers are ethically prohibited from talking to other people about their client's affairs unless the client has first authorised them to do so. Seems that reviewer was just a bit miffed about that!
Just rang up to get some advice for a friend who is currently visiting from Europe. Not knowing my friend had contacted them, the staff I spoke to was one of the rudest I have ever come across and simply cut me off. I would never recommend this firm .
How strange that you would write such a negative report on the entire firm based on your alleged conversation with one staff member whom I would assume was at reception, as you do not mention their role.
Over the years I've had dealings with various legal firms both interstate and local, and found them to be one of the most understanding, professional, caring, down to earth people in their profession, and the staff to be most friendly and efficient.
Maybe you were just having a bad day , as you make no mention of your friend being treated the same way when they contacted them.
Yes I have rang this firm for advice before and the receptions is so rude I would not recommend anyone to this firm
