Thoroughly disgusted at dishonest service conducted yesterday on 25th January. I filled $30 worth of petrol and then went to report a problem, however the staff who was serving me still couldn't understand what I was saying after explaining myself in the same way over and over again. Told me that instead of paying $40 that the machine read, I could pay $30, and that they would take my name and number and make a complaint and that if they needed to call me back, they could. Put $20 change on the counter before I had even paid and it was only out of honesty that I paid and even staff was shocked that staff forgot. Later I came back and gave him $10 just in case I was wrong. Gave me back the little note made with my name and number and it said "Customer refused to pay $10!" ...read more
