Five Stars! I have used Metropolitan Conveyancing a number of times and have found them to be an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are extremely professional and are always clear about document requirements and fees. I have recommended Metropolitan to friends who were also very happy with this company. My settlements always went as planned and I was even overseas for one of them! I have nothing but the highest praise for this company.

I was recommended this conveyancer and they did handle my last house purchase but will never use again. I found the attitude very similar to the last reviewer, it felt like every query was an inconvenience - and it took ages to get a response to calls or emails. Quite happy to accept payment but very reluctant to give good professional and friendly service. Got the job done but I walked away feeling that they were doing me a favour, so never again.
We used metro when we purchased a house in mid 2011, not a very happy experience.
Phone calls were unanswered, messages not returned ,the very unprofessional management has a surly attitude of 'not my problem' and charges solicitor rates for a very poor service. Would not recommend
Great to see real people providing reviews. How did things pan out? Were there any lasting complications as a result of using the estate agent's conveyancer? I'm currently checking out the estate agents around here and the idea of the estate agent's conveyancer doing it all for me was attractive. I appreciate your review.
