Miami Pools

The quality,appearance and ease of cleaning of our Miami Pool has exceeded my expectations. Mine was an awkward site at Carlingford needing an above ground fibreglass pool. I was a do-it-yourselfer so I needed help with specifications and stress measurements. All my questions were answered by Tom and I am happy to say all went very well. Maintenance is a breeze and I am more than happy with the pool which continues to bring me and esp. my grandchildren hours of fun.

Our experience with Miami Pools was nothing but outstanding. After being left high and dry by a previous pool installer who had declared involvency and left us with a massive hole in our backyard and a non-functioning pool shell, Miami Pools was recommended to us and we are so happy with the end outcome.
From our intitial meeting to the very end, they were very professional and delivered our pool shell on time and with no issues. Their pool installer Peter was extremely helpful and his work was of the highest standard. He managed to fix all the previous pool companys issues and installed our new shell perfectly. Both Miami Pools and their installer Peter were a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend them to anyone wishing to install a fibreglass pool.

Purchased a pool from Miami Pools in Oct 2017. Pool arrived on-time and was exactly what we ordered. Pool installer recommended by Miami was very helpful and has been in constant contact as we worked through the installation process. Pool World NSW was engaged by us to help manage the complex end-to-end process and was well below expectations. Recommend you deal directly with Miami or an alternative agent.

My Curl Curl pool has a 2 metre crack in the floor.. According to Miami they say it's a fitting issue and that warranty is only 7 years.. the pool contact says 20 years but they wont even have a look.. I think that's poor so it's off to Fair Trading.

I am thinking the 30 year warranty is worthless as they blame water under the pool or drainage.. was that not what I paid them to survey and fit. Not good form and perhaps you should look elswhere for a pool..

I have had a crack in my fibreglass Miami pool (Newport pool) for 5 years and i have been trying to get them to fix the pool.

still not fixed.

just gone through Fair Trading.
