Michelle is a highly skilled clinical therapist with over 18 years experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, pain management and stress related issues. Incorporating a range of massage and body work techniques including Sports, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Myofascial Release & Swedish Relaxation methods, Michelle modifies each treatment to suit the needs of each individual for the corrective and preventative treatment of acute & chronic conditions.
Michelle is also a qualified Naturopath, Herbalist & Clinical Nutritionist who provides personalised health assessments and prescribes herbal & nutritional medicines where indicated for the maintenance of long term health.
Michelle is a member of the Complimentary Medicine Association and is registered with all major health funds.
